Service. Plan on buying your own applicators for oils etc as they are cheaply,poorly made. Since I didn’t read the fine print and ordered the castor oil lash and brow kit through Grove, they are not willing to do anything to help as far as replacing. Or refunding. I won’t be buying their products again

purchased one small bottle of lemon. Received with the cap loose, not broken, and received only 1/2 of the bottle due to leakage. When i asked for help, they wanted pictures? Pictures that would have told them nothing.

I am so glad I came across Squalane oil; you can tell the difference after first use. I have oily/combination ,acne prone skin and this is best oil I have tired so far. Highly recommend!

I love the fact that your product is organic, but I am disappointed that the 4 oz glass bottle sweet almond oil is no longer available and instead I had to get the 8 oz plastic bottle version. Plastic is the worst.

So I ordered seabuckthorn from Amazon from Cliganic store; said it was a 2 ounce bottle but then when I got it, it was only 1 ounce bottle. When I inquired to your customer service, she couldn’t help; she said I had to resolve it with Amazon. I called them and they have to do an ‘investigation’ so now I need to wait at least three days to get any sort of answer let alone be able to use the product that I paid for - which was 2 ounces. In any case, the photo is misleading on Amazon – as it clearly shows a 2 ounce bottle. As the seller is listed as Cliganic, it’s up to the company to change that photo, not Amazon. Frustrated and disappointed to say the least. Otherwise, this is totally misleading to other customers besides myself

Never heard of a company that forced you to SUBSCRIBE to a monthly package before you can order anything! And then you have to CANCEL it. Plus, although the mosquito patches do seem to be effective, they leave an adhesive residue on your clothes that DOES NOT WASH OFF even after spraying with stain remover and laundering!

Amazing experience

After contacting customer service, the reply I received was copied and pasted, irrelevant and with wrong information. The person never took the time to read my message in order to reply appropriately. My exchange never happened. I’m extremely disappointed and I lost trust in the brand because I was informed oxidized oil still good and that is very wrong… very disappointed indeed.

Don't work unless you use more than one in different place. (you wrist and your ankle. You don't find this out until you bought them. No add i saw had this info. NOT COOL!

I love the oils. Good quality. Got my package in good condition. Bought Rosehip 0il. vitamin E oil , Argan oil and Tamanu oil mixing and using in my small facial scar . So far so good .
