We really love your products and appreciate the quality you offer. However, we’ve been running into a few challenges on the retail side that we wanted to share with you. First, we’ve noticed that your Amazon pricing is very close to your wholesale pricing. This creates a difficult situation for us as a small business, because our customers often compare prices online and see that our retail price is significantly higher than what’s available on Amazon. It puts us in a position where we either lose the sale (and reputation) or have to reduce our margins to the point where it’s no longer sustainable. Additionally, we wish to order oils like organic argan—in bulk/large sizes. Lastly, it would be extremely helpful if we could reorder smaller quantities (even single units) when trying new products or restocking selectively. Having to purchase full cases makes it harder for us to test new items and limits our ability to place frequent reorders. We truly enjoy carrying your line and would love to continue growing with your brand, so we’re hoping there may be some flexibility or solutions around these points. I loved all of the packaging! Shipping was quick and everything came in perfect condition. All of the oils I ordered were amazing!

Multifaceted, clean and a great value! The bottles are big and will last a long time. I appreciate that I can use these on hair, skin, nails, lips and scars. So many uses!

Patches did not stay on. I found one on tile, one on carpeting, one on the bottom of my foot. Had put it on loose hem of long pants, hem of t shirt elbow length sleeves, inside shoe a@ top

Terrible customer service. I informed you guys that even though the post office stated that the package was delivered, I had not received it. I asked for a replacement shipment or a refund but nobody responded.

Just received my 16 Oz. Bottle of Jojoba oil today. Immediately removed the bottle from carton and could see a film of oil in bottom of carton. I knew there was a leak somewhere. I removed the screw on cap to attach the pump and the white seal on mouth of bottle was loose, that’s where the small leak had come from. It’s surprising how oil can seep from beneath the screw on cap, but it did. The next disappointment that I encountered is that the pump is hard to mash and when it does go down you can’t control the pressure you apply to get oil out and when it does come out it comes with a big squirt. It would be impossible to get a small amount or just a few drops if you so desired. Third disappointment was the scent. Although the scent is faint I can still smell it. I was hoping that I could tolerate it but could not. I applied the oil to my face after shower and about 30 minutes later, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to use it. I washed my face with soap, but as I type this I still smell it. I knew from other reviews that it had a faint scent, but I thought it might not bother me. I don’t like any kindof cologne or perfume or strong soap or laundry detergent or dryer sheets with any kind of scent. Therefore, to my disappointment, I don’t think this product‘s gonna work for me. I was hoping it would and I was looking forward to it. I’m not one to complain or write reviews and the only reason I’m writing this review is because I got an email from the company requesting that I review the product. So I’m just giving my honest unbiased opinion. Now I have to deal with return process or contact Amazon and speak to a live person to get instructions as to what I should do. I’m not sure how to rate this product according to the stars. Because the fact that I can’t tolerate, the scent is no fault of the company. However since there was a leak and the pump not being user friendly i’ll go with three stars.

I have sensitive skin I love using the rosehip oil for my bedtime skin care it feels good. I also found other products would like to try at a later date.

I wasn’t expecting to get a fake AI chatbot pretending to be a real person with a name when I emailed your company about an issue. My question wasn’t even remotely answered and it gave information that could potentially be harmful.

The sweet almond oil is the perfect moisturizer for my bumpy, dry skin. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the packaging it shipped in. It came in a padded envelope that was smashed, so I only ended up with about half of the bottle’s contents.
