it has been quite a while since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve also tried reaching out several times but haven’t received a response.

I’m a new customer but all ready love everything about this company. Customer service. Quality of products. Shipping all were excellent. I am so excited to use every product.

Great products especially the Jojoba oil. But I wish they had a travel size as Im traveling many time a year. I carry it in my suitcase but sometimes I find I need a little extra moisture during my flight and it would be so easy to put out and apply. I place a paper towel in a zip lock baggie and that dies the job...lol

I have emailed multiple times about only receiving a 1 ounce bottle of the sea buckthorn oil that I ordered from Cliganic’s Amazon shop even though I thought I was getting the 2 ounce bottle and paid the higher price for that size. The photo has since been corrected to reflect both sizes, but customer service has not provided me with any type of resolution – I’ve even asked if I could return the bottle and get the 2 ounce size instead - which is rightfully owed to me as I’ve paid that price. I’ve also asked the matter to be elevated to a supervisor but have not heard back yet. Very disappointed in this company.

The seal on the pumpkin seed oil was broken , the box damaged and the delivery was sitting in a hot mailbox because I didn’t know it was being delivered that way..not your fault on the last part. Sent pictures aaupon request and was told a replacement was being sent and it never was…I still believe it could have been a great product

Do NOT buy from this company!! I bought in good faith an essential oil blend, Fortify, and received a product that had expired 11 months prior. I have yet to receive a refund,(just excuses), after 2 weeks of providing ample proof of the expired shipment to the company. Sadly, I used to buy from and respect this retailer, but they now don't cherish their customers in the least.

I originally tried contacting you via DM on Instagram with no success. I then reached out to the distributor (Grove) where they provided me with your contact info, as I couldn't find anything online. I finally received the information from you, but very disappointed with how you never responded to my DM and that I had to chase after you to get what I needed and never received an apology for. your not checking DMs.

Service. Plan on buying your own applicators for oils etc as they are cheaply,poorly made. Since I didn’t read the fine print and ordered the castor oil lash and brow kit through Grove, they are not willing to do anything to help as far as replacing. Or refunding. I won’t be buying their products again
