I received my product from Amazon. The product itself seems to be fine. However the funnel was left out and I have to no way of getting the oil into the small vial. I reached out to the company and they wouldn't send me one

You sell inventory that is expired Best Buy dates. When customers reach out for customer service, you respond with AI generated responses and don’t bother to even read what the inquiry is. And it takes three days to get an answer. That totally makes no freaking sense whatsoever.

Product is good. Container was defective and majority of product leaked out despite tightening the top several times over a perdiod of time. Contacted Cliganic for resolution and was told to contact Amazon. Contacted Amazon and was told I was outside the return window. Left feedback for the seller (Cliganics) on Amazon website.

I called customer service on Sunday, 7/26/26, at 7:30 am EST regarding kit contents questions. Expecting to leave a voicemail, to my surprise, my call was answered, and the explanation was that they are stoppers. This was extraordinary "excellent quality customer service" to answer on a Sunday, no less at 4:30 am PST. Thank you, Cliganic!!

I purchased Cliganic's Organic Jojoba Oil and initially experienced an issue with the pump dispenser. The pump was defective and leaked oil from the back side during normal use, resulting in wasted product and a mess on my bathroom counter. After discovering the issue, I contacted Cliganic customer support and provided a video demonstrating the defect. While the process took a little time and required some follow-up, I was impressed that the customer service team took my concerns seriously, reviewed the evidence, escalated the matter for further consideration, and ultimately provided a full refund. Throughout the process, the representative remained professional, courteous, and respectful. What stood out to me was that Cliganic was willing to revisit the situation and make things right. No company is perfect, and occasional manufacturing or packaging defects can happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do, and Cliganic ultimately demonstrated that they stand behind their customers. This was my first purchase from Cliganic, and while the experience started with a problem, it ended on a positive note. I appreciate the professionalism shown throughout the process and the willingness to reach a fair resolution. Based on how the matter was handled, I would not hesitate to purchase from Cliganic again and recommend them to family and friends. Highly recommend both the product and the customer service team!

I've had good experiences in the past. The quality of the oils is great and the prices are too. (Ordered twice before). This time is a hassle. One of the bottles of oils was sent to me empty & the rep just put me off onto the insurance thing to make a claim. It wasn't customer service at all. I won't be buying from Cliganic again.

I have purchased all of your oils and reached out when certain oils did not hold up to the previous standard and scent. For instance, your current cedarwood smells like cat pee. I informed you guys but you don’t seem to care. I have your older cedarwood for comparison and the smells are completely different. What has changed ? Clearly the label isn’t the only thing that’s changed and quality has gone downhill.

Awful customer service. No response to a question and no care for customers.

The product itself is great. The packing of it for shipping is another issue. 2 of the last 3 orders have arrived leaking because the cap wasn’t screwed on tightly and the bottle doesn’t have a seal on opening.

Cliganic products are great for my skin. I’m 64 and told my skin is amazing. I’m allergic to a lot. I can’t put everything on my skin. I trusted their products and so glad that I did. No makeup needed! Two months ago I had a problem after moving away from a old address. My products were taken because I forgot to change my address. After letting customer service know about my situation because I was in the hospital they looked out for me and returned my Products and I was so happy thank you Cliganic😊🌺. It’s nice to shop with people who care.

Bought an assortment of oils, glass dropper fell onto the sink and busted. Never had that happen in all years of using tinctures. Kindly wrote to ask to acquire another dropper. Very unhelpful brush off reply. Won’t be buying again.

It's fine and think I think it works but the smell and consistency of the product is terrible. Smells a little like fish and consistency is close to honey. I don't use it unless I'm going to work.
