I had a small issue with one of the knobs not working and they took care of the issue right away and sent a replacement. I love the way the stereo looks classic but performs with modern tech and can’t recommend it enough.

The new stereo looks old as my 74 vw bus and works awesome! Bluetooth and all! Only issue I now realize is that I should of purchased this years sooner!

Installed the stereo i received for my model of car 1968 Chevelle and the stem with the tuning knob sticks out about a half inch farther than the volume knob does. Contacted Classic Car Stereos and they referred me to Custom Auto Sound for tech support. Contacted them and was supposed to have tech get back with me. A week went by, so I called a 2nd time and got the same story and still nothing for 3 weeks. Called a 3rd time and got the answering machine. Not impressed with customer support. I still have no resolution to my problem, I'm even willing to make any adjustments myself if I could get the information to do so. It is not the dash because the radio fits even with the dash, a little disappointed with it since this is supposed to be their specialty.
