Poor quality - very thin, I am really not happy with the towel

Please don’t put tags on towels. Removing the plastic has caused snags.

The robe is lovely and of the excellent quality I have come to expect from Christy's. Unfortunately the outer packaging was not as secure as it might have been and the robe in its plain plastic bag had fallen out of it in the back of the DHL Local van.

Good service and delivery as stated. Towels are lovely just annoyed that they are leaving fluff everywhere.

Buyers beware - variable price and variable quality. As a new customer, I was given 10% off my first order. I ordered just one set of bedding, sheets & pillow cases, to check I was happy with them before ordering another for completeness. We were charged £126. Within 48hrs of the sheets arriving I received an email advising of 60% off various items, including the sheets I had just bought, for International Women's Day. This offer ended on the 10th March. On the 11th March another offer popped up, this time for 50% in celebration of World Sleep Day. This offer ended on March 15th. Today, March 21st, yet another offer has popped up: This time a "Flash Sale" with 20% off. Fortunately my husband did manage to place an order with 60% off, so at least we managed to benefit from one promotion, paying just £75. 60, but, had we waited a couple of days, we would not now be out of pocket to the tune of £50. 40. Interestingly, while the first set was fine. Really good quality and lovely to sleep in. The second, sale set, was not. Both the sheets and one set of pillow cases were not "set square", i. e. the edges didn't match up properly when folded, and the pillow cases were skewed. We only noticed this as we ironed them after the advised pre-use wash, so assumed we couldn't return them. We feel both disappointed and cheated.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, as usual, item was well packaged. Overall, very satisfied.

Very pleased with these pillowcases. Lovely cotton, easy to wash and iron. Likewise the sheets which I bought earlier.

I have been buying Christy sheets and their other bedding for many years. The comfort of the 400tc is perfect. I have tried other brands but they just match up in any way, especially in the fit Their deep fitted sheets are the only ones which do actually fit perfectly on deep mattresses. Arrived within a couple of days so extra points for super fast despatch and delivery.

Having struggled for many years to find a pillow for my arthritic neck, this one is perfect.

Poor cancellation then same product available a month later now at additional £5. 57. Could have held the order on Back Order. Disappointing!

Tried to buy the same towel in December, to then get a refund for £21. 42 on 310126 as allegedly Towel Not available. Checked on site 280226 and repurchased the same towel at a cost of £26. 99 an additional £5. 57. Disapointing how available a month after it was allegidly NOT. Poor Business!

All of my bathroom towels and mats are from the Christy's Supreme range, bought a long time ago and still going strong. Recently I purchased two bath sheets as a couple of my older ones are looking a bit sad and slightly tatty. These arrived within a couple of days of ordering, a day earlier than expected. The entire process has been fuss-free and user friendly. I'm very pleased with the new bath sheets and with the service I received from Christy's online shop.
