Great service, delivery on time, no issues from first time i have accessed the website until i received my items.

We bought the towels and bath robe for our grandson Will to celebrate moving in to his first home. The quality is wonderful but we discovered, quite by chance, that the bath robe has been delivered with out the monogram we ordered. It should have had WHH embroidered on it. It has rather spoiled the gesture.

Ordered dressing gowns for Christmas presents . They were delivered promptly to me and have had very positive feedback from all 4 recipients! They were pleased with the quality, style and colours so many thanks.

Terrible shipping service (photo of another house claiming I wasn’t in). Christy then just advise a problem with the order but up to me to chase and find out what… Not great customer service at all
