Hasn't even arrived yet and no communication about the delay at all. Tried the chat facility, and no reply from that after an hour either.

Still waiting for parcel to arrive, no communication, was meant to be delivered last week after an alteration to the order, so actually been waiting for well over two weeks, and nothing has arrived.

Slow delivery- disappointing quality of products

It hasn’t turned up. DPD have lost it and lied about trying to deliver it. It’s supposed to have been reordered but, apart from a voicemail, I’ve seen no confirmation. Contact centre staff were helpful on the phone (that’s the 3nd star) but, some written confirmation would be better. Frankly, not impressed.

I ordered the towels and as per your information provided that delivery would at the latest take a week. No problem I thought plenty of time before I had to go away. No delivery. I contacted Christy by e mail and explained my position and was reassured that the parcel would arrive before my departure date. No delivery. Instead after my departure the parcel was left in front of house on the doorstep. This parcel would have been left there for several weeks!!! Unless stolen before…. I have a ring system saw the parcel and fortunately a neighbour came and collected it for me. So to do a review of the items is impossible as I am still away . So who knows what’s my order condition is like? I therefore will not be able to review for several weeks yet. I am hoping the product is better than the delivery experience.
