I found Christie’s to be very professional and efficient. I accidentally ordered two pairs of the same scissors, and also changed my mind about a blade. Rang their customer service line and it was no trouble to return them and the refund came through very quickly. Would definitely use Christies again, to be recommended.

The speed between ordering and receiving I think is second to none and you get emails at every stage. And if you have to ring customer Service they are amazing and so knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Communication is always great. Delivery is really quick. Website, however is very laggy. And I’m sick of getting the pop-up everytime I visit the website - but I would highly recommend this supplier as a go-to for all grooming things.
Good selection of products. Customer service was great but they forgot to send my order out so was waiting for an extra week and was told there would be a gift for my puppy when I first made the query but nothing was sent. Product all in all very nice.

Hi I have had quite a few orders from you and have no real problems apart from trying to check out online. I almost always have to call to make payment. This happened on my last order but unfortunately, the lady was wfh and ordered me a student pack instead of the normal pack I’d had in my basket. The charge was over £72 when my basket was £52 I called to explain the mix up which was quickly rectified and my order was promptly delivered. However, I still had not received the additional cost I was charged so called to speak with an agent who said they’d email their manager to process. The money has still yet to ho back into my account. Can you please follow up on my refund? Other than that - great thank you
Buggy booking system wouldn't let me submit an order, I used the online chat for assistance and she was lovely and helpful, sorted out the order manually, great service. Package arrived and an item had leaked everywhere so not great there.
