I always buy my equipment with you guys and I am always happy with my purchases however I bought a table last year and the up and down mechanism stopped working. ARRGGGHHH! Big, huge thank you to Deborah who was straight on it. She sent me a replacement part, which worked for a week so I called back and Deborah kindly sent me replacement table and arranged collect of the faulty table. GREAT JOB!!! THANK YOU DEBORAH 🙏

I placed an order on Aug 28th for a single set of scissors. Over a week later, I had no response to the two emails I had sent requesting a follow up on my order. I then called customer service on Friday 11th (2 weeks after the original order date) and was speaking to a lovely man called Mark who l, after some investigation, explained that the online order had been received, the payment had been processed but the actual order glitched and was never sent to the picking area. Mark apologised profusely and had the order shipped that day. I was quite disappointed to receive zero response to my two emails but Mark on the phone line thankfully saved the day.

Wonderful revision, very helpful lady on the phone,, and quick delivery, will definitely be ordering again.
