I had to call the switchboard for help and the person I spoke to was so friendly and kind. She helped me to order just what I needed to brush my Cavapoo’s coat between grooming appointments. There was a bit of a wait on the phone ( for which I received free p and p) but it was well worth it. I am very pleased with my purchase which arrived after just a day or two.

My andis clippers arrived very quickly. They are very lightweight and are quiet running. I do find the blades heat up very quickly even though I oiled them. I managed to clip my standard poodles face and tail but it was very hot and I clipped her feet with another set of clippers
