My husband told me to pick out my Christmas on Chic Soul. I was lucky and was able to grab the $20 and under, along with regular priced items! I came home only to have an envelope from the post office, stating the package was damaged in transit and the apologize. I called Customer Service. I spoke with Lola, who is absolutely the best! She had me email her my letter and I received not only a partial order (all the items left in stock), a gift card for the balance of my order and a discount code!!!! love the quality and style of both dresses. both do run small for 3xl. i usually wear a 2xl so i sized up to a 3xl and both are still snug .

No problems with order processing or timely shipping. Website was easy and order arrived within 5 days. Dresses fit well-I wear a 18/20 and purchased 3x- a little snug in the sleeves and bust on the plaid dress but the others are good. I will order again for sure.
