I absolutely love your site. It’s pretty much the only place I like to shop. Hands-down, you have the cutest items, the best selection, the most attractive pieces for plus size women, and your marketing is fantastic. You style the outfits in a way that makes me want almost all of them. That one model that you use for most of your outfits makes literally everything look great. Sometimes the items look better quality online than they actually look in person, but I’m mostly satisfied with the quality of the clothing. If there’s one area to improve, it would be sizing. Your website lists a standard sizing for a 2X, a 3X, etc. but then each item also list different measurements for each individual item. The first couple times I shopped I did not understand that and I based my order on the general sizing you provided rather than the individual item sizing. I just don’t think you should provide general sizing. It’s never accurate! Additionally, because it seems like you outsource some of the clothing, there is so much discrepancy in measurements for a size, even in the same style or cut. For example, if I buy a button up loose fitting long sleeve shirt, a 2X in one brand can sometimes be 6 to 10 inches wider than it is in another. That’s kind of ridiculous. It’s very hard to tell what to order unless I bust out a tape measure every single time if you’re wanting impulse buyers like myself, that doesn’t help things. I shop you primarily for tops due to a few reasons. I’m short, 5’3”, busty, and carrying my weight around my middle, so the pants almost never fit around the waist & the dresses have been mostly unflattering with a few exceptions that I absolutely love. You’ve made a big improvements to your return policies and I appreciate that, making things easier to return by partnering with places to bring items so that it’s not so expensive to return things.

The dress I ordered was great! Loved it! The shirt was meh. I returned it. Paid $48. Got back $29. That’s a definite drawback from ordering. Belk or Amazon are much safer and cheaper options! Also, my tracking never worked. I did get notified when my order was out for delivery. But not before then.

I absolutely love this website, I’ve been a customer for a few years now. This is my go to for sweaters and everything winter. I find shipping to be normal when it comes to wait time. Customer service is always amazing, they resold very quickly. And ordering? The easiest part! I do wish you guys had a “this order is a gift” so the other person knows it’s a gift. I wish the prices were a bit more cheap. Overall, great service and company!
