I was concerned with my first order because the tracking ended up with no information so I contacted you directly. The reply was almost instant with an updated tracking and the package was delivered the next day. The products I received are quality and the customer service was prompt and courteous. Thank you, I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends and I am a customer going forward.

Too big

Customer service is fantastic! Got back to me promptly and resolved my issue!

I love all the clothes from Chic Soul! They are always beautiful! If I ever have a problem like sizing or even just how to get the wrinkles out of something that I’ve struggled with they are so kind and helpful and quick to get back with me. The only time I’ve ever experienced long shipping times is when there is a big sale. Then I know it may take a week or so. Otherwise shipping is pretty fast. I love their sales which they have very often! They also send. coupons in your orders a lot of the time. It’s a great shop and I love it!

Loved my new sweater. Ordered it 1 size bigger for a comfy fit and it is amazing and the quality is perfect.

I love shopping here. The clothes are always the size they say they are and are so perfect!

I own so much from Chic Soul and I have never been disappointed; not in quality, not in style, not in service. Keep doing what you are doing!!!

Every dress I buy from chic soul is comfortable and adorable. Love this company..

Glad I got it!!!

I LOVE what I have purchased from Chic Soul! The clothes are well made and the material keeps its shape. I teach 7th grade and mostly teach with women. Everyday that I wear something from Chic Soul I get complimented.

I love the clothes, the website is friendly and easy and the items are always packaged well.

The Quality is the best! Never had any with shipping. My favorite are the sales and coupons to make it affordable for everyone to enjoy the sorted beautiful clothing items.

I have loved everything I have ordered!

I recently bought a top and left it so I bought it in a different color. When I received the second one the top was 2 in shorter than the first one. They were both the same size. It is very frustrating when the sizing is so unreliable since I have to pay another $7.99, etc. to make a return. Often I hesitate to order from your shop because I pay shipping to receive it and then shipping to return it which ends up being about $16. I am retired and on a tight budget so I do want to say thank you for the sales that you have had lately. It has helped me be able to buy some tops.

Good quality and reasonable delivery time. Will shop here again.

I find myself ordering form Chic Soul every couple of weeks! I’m in love with their dresses. The quality, The style, colors, all of them! Out of all the times I’ve order there its only been one mistake they sold me a dress that was of stock but I got to pick another dress that was in stock and they shipped it right to me! I love fashion & shopping and this is my favorite and first site I go to! A repeat customer & proud to say that! Amanda Jones KY
