I love everything that you offer. I have purchased several dresses and bathing suits. Everything is very high quality and gets here super fast. Using customer service is fast and easy; everything is packaged very well, and the website is easy to navigate. The pictures of the items are dead on and I am never disappointed with what I receive.

I've always had great experience with customer service, my orders and overall no complaints!!! Very thankful for a plus size clothing company that has clothing to fit my age range. If I go anywhere else I usually find clothing in my size that either looks to young or to old for me. I do have one request though is for the tops and dresses to have a larger bust area. I don't know a plus size woman who has a 30" or even 40" bust area. Mine is beast 52" and there is only a hand full of dresses I can choose from because I have a larger bust area. That part is very disappointing because I have quite a few tops and dresses from Chic Soul but not nearly as much as I'd love to have!!!

I was so excited to get this dress! I have recently lost a lot of weight and was excited to be able to buy something from y’all…so excited! I had it draped over my chair waiting to wear it Sunday. Well for some unknown reason my husband threw it in with laundry and washed and dried it. I am heart broken I will never get to wear this beautiful dress unless I lose another 60lbs haha. It really shrunk up. So heads up ladies. It says do not tumble dry. DON’T!

I have been very pleased with all the items I have received so far! My favorite item has been the pajamas. I received them as a free gift first then you put them so they could be ordered and don’t think I didn’t jump on that! As soon as I saw that I ordered right away!!!!! I love those pajamas I am in the process of cleaning out my ph drawer. It is full of tank top type of pj tops as the bottoms I don’t wear as I toss and turn. Are y’all planning on making these same pajamas with long pants for the cooler months? Off of the pj topic. I have loved all the other items I have purchased also. I am and have been for years a Tommy Hilfiger woman. I have I bet 50+ l/s & s/s shirts & sweaters in the cooler months & I wore only those. Now that I found ChicSoul I have slowly been wearing your clothing little by little and getting nice compliments on what I have on which is nice. I love chic soul! My only complaint is that I don’t have some where in my town to do returns and sometimes it’s harder for me to do my returns if I need to. So I end up just keeping the item. I wish there was a way we could just send them back through the mail! I also sometimes find it difficult to pick out lighter color dresses on the website. Some I had gotten tend to be thin and see through! It might help if that was listed in the description!
