I love your clothes but frequently have to return for a different size. I do not like your return and credit system at all! I would love to be able to return and exchange a size and not have to find the happy returns credit lost in my email. A better system would greatly improve things.

I love your styles and colors! For plus size ladies, you're the best. I would love to see a higher quality of fabrics on some of your clothes. Mismatched stripes that don't line up, scratchy sweaters and a plastic feel to some of the things I've ordered lately have left me disappointed about 50% of the time.
