Good shipping turnaround. Dress not as expected though.

The dress fits as if it was custom made for me. It sits perfectly in all the right places; It’s comfortable, breathable, and it has pockets! I love it! One of the best purchases I’ve made on dresses.

I am a lx and I bought a xl and it didn’t fit. It is also final sale.

Took 10 weeks to hear back from anyone on my dress. Turns out David's Bridal outsources their dress cleaning/preservation so they basically told me it was out of their hands. So I was left wondering where my dress was only to get a call over 10 weeks later that my dress had mildew so they couldn't do anything to it. Probably because it was sitting in a bag for months longer than it should have. Absolutely ridiculous.

Received dress as stated on the shipping order

Customer service is terrible, and I did not get credit for my returns. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, text may get a response after 48 hours, there is no email or online customer service. I cannot understand how this is an ongoing business considering you are dealing with brides who typically have a high need for service. Please respond to my text and give me my money back for the items I returned to you and got approval to return to you.

The shipment to EU was quick. But in was hard to pick sizing for shoes, since they do not have it on site. So I tried to pick based on my own google search od the brand. And unfortunatley, the size was 2x bigger than predicted. Beforehand I couldn’t consult with their customer service, as stated, they call you, that did not happen. Now I cannot return them, the page for international returns doesn’t work, even if I get to the return form, it is redirected to a wrong page. And again, no customer service help. If you think you will get the order right, order, if not, stay away, waste of money.

Great. Shipping took a while so order early!

Terrible customer service. Never did I receive a confirmation from the staff at the store for dropping off my item, nor did I receive an email from customer service. Staff at the Plaza Parkway location in Modesto, CA said to me that they “do not provide a confirmation for dropping off an item, and that they wait for more returns to ship them off at the end of the day” WHAT?! Who does that? No company does that. I took a picture of my item with a staff member holding it. That was my drop off proof. This company DOES NOT have customer service over the phone. They will not return you your money. Thankfully I used PayPal. David’s Bridal, you guys are a joke and scammers.

We were so excited to get the dress, but when my daughter tried it on with the straps one was broken. The plan has been for her to wear the dress with straps, and now we have to get it fixed.

I purchased these for my wedding, I was on the hunt for shorter heels (which is surprisingly hard to find) and something that would be comfortable and compliment my dress. These came and are perfect for the look that I was going for! They are also very comfortable, and will be great to wear for the long wedding day!

I returned and have not been reimbursed. I emailed and didn't get a response. I called Customer Service and waited on hold for 40 minutes. No one answered. Then I tried the text option, when I selected #4 to reach an agent, no one responded to me. Incredibly disappointed and would never order from the site again.

I received this dress and I love it, itwas just what I wanted it to be! I love the color wine and the material was excellent! Very good quality! It looked great on me and my daughter said I looked gorgeous! I would highly recommend this dress and style because it really flatters you! All I have to do is hem it!
