It’s an awful experience. I canceled the order and did not receive the shoes. Despite repeated follow-ups with customer service, my refund was never processed.

The brick and mortar store dresses had makeup on them. I didn't like that the dressing rooms didn't have mirrors in them. I didn't like having to send the dress back and spending 60 bucks just to try it on.

Shipping was great. Dress is beautiful and well constructed but sizing is way off.

Super light weight, and nice fabric. the shoulder straps were a little tight. Another inch would have been great. customer service was great.

Not worth it it’s a scam to steal customers money

I understand that stores have set fees and policies, and I respect that. My frustration comes from the inconsistency in customer service between the store and the hotline. Other bridesmaids were able to rush order their dresses without additional charges, while I paid an extra $160 to receive a dress that fit in time for the wedding ($80 for shipping and $80 for resizing/restocking). Because I live in a rural area, I ultimately paid significantly more than the other bridesmaids for the exact same dress and wedding. Greater consistency in policies and customer service would help ensure customers in different locations are treated fairly.

The dress in itself is beautiful and thankfully it matches the picture. However, the stitching and the zipper on the side is cheaply made. Despite sizing up, the zipper continues to get stuck. So I will have to get it altered. The shipping and delivery was fast. It came within 2 days after making my purchase.

Didnt get a full refund when a returning a dress that was too tight. Do not order from here they are a scam.

This dress looks nice on the lady online but the material is cheap. I would’ve paid more money for something nicer.

My daughter loves this dress for prom, only down side was wish the strap would come out at the points on the top of the dress and not off set but other then that she loves it!

The dress doesn't fit and I can't exchange it. Please help. I ordered my usual size 0 and I need a size 2 in this one. I would appreciate any help.
