Didn’t receive shoes

Terrible customer experience. No reply on the chat, text and email. Phone line seems not working either. Still waiting for my refund.

I ordered online and I was sent the wrong item and returned it to a store, where the staff were very helpful. However, since then I’ve been given the runaround and still haven’t received a full refund, even though the mistake wasn’t mine! The in-store experience was great, but the online process has been extremely frustrating.

Its so hard to return items. No clear process is outlined.

Horrible. Issue with dress and stopped hearing from customer service over a week ago. So now I have fix this at my own expense when a functional item should have arrived in the first place.

I will never order anything else from your store ever again

It matches my dress perfectly and is the elegant addition I was dreaming of! The length is perfect, not too long— I didn’t want to drag it as we are getting married outside. The front is transparent enough that you can see the details of the dress beneath, and looks gorgeous pushed back along the neck as a “scarf” look. Can’t wait to get married!

My daughter was overjoyed when her dress came in. Good thing we got it in plenty of time being the clasp was missing and the zipper needed to be replaced due to having a piece missing out of it It’s also a let down that you spend so much on a dress and not even a bag for storage
