Everything was fast shipping and dress was properly packaged.

Description was not what I expected, to return it there charging $14 which only gives me $5 credit. Not worth the effort so I’ll just donate it. Very disappointing

Missing $100 just for returning. I saw a $15 when purchased, not $100. Never again

Too many emails. Most of them on dresses similar to the one I just ordered. I do not think you need to email so much, especially if we just bought something. I would be more inclined to click if I got seasonal emails - like "Check out the new fashions for Fall Weddings & Events. . . " or "FALL in Love with these Dresses for the Season. " These multiple emails a week have to go.

Dresses were purchased as “ rush order “ and nothing was rush ! Don’t spend your money they still ship with in 2/3 weeks! Not worth the extra fee.

Could have advised more information on sizing

Ordered online, delivered quickly but had a small stain and very wrinkled. The dress fit and is very beautiful.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE !! Will be contacting Corporate to request a FULL REFUND for the dress that can't be altered in time for my son's wedding so I now have NO DRESS !!!! Absolutely NO stars are deserved

This dress took a month to arrive despite my paying for expedited shipping. It missed the date of the special event. Now I'm hassled dealing with a return. Disappointing!

My feet are too narrow and thin that they flop on my feet. Also didn’t realize they have a sunken sole (like Berks). Wasn’t aware they were “final sale” until I got the receipt they came with. Not cool. If my feet fit them, I’d probably love them. But now I have shoes I can’t wear nor return…

Dress was not returnable and was not sized correctly

Ordered one of my bridesmaids dress February 3rd for my June 12th wedding. It didn’t arrive on the expected delivery date so I gave it a little longer. A month later when it still wasn’t there, I called to ask them about it. I was on the phone for almost an hour 3 different times trying to get this dress figured out. The first time they told me that it wasn’t even in the warehouse yet and that they’d rush the shipping for me and I’d have it in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later still nothing. They then told me they can’t rush shipping that far from my wedding (4 weeks out) and that I needed to call back 2 weeks before my wedding and then they’d rush the shipping. The stress that caused. I ordered it so far in advance we should have had it by then. What if my bridesmaid got it and needed alterations done but it was getting to her a few days before the wedding?! I called Fort Wayne’s David bridal (where I got my dress and all my other bridesmaid dresses from) and they were very helpful. Definitely comforted me and reached out to the right people telling me everything I had been trying to get an answer to when I called the online number. I’m now aware that the in person stores aren’t connected to the online store. So if you’re trying to order anything online, I recommend going into a store and ordering it to your house instead. So much confusion and stress that I didn’t want to be dealing with weeks before the wedding. Thankfully Fort Wayne got a hold of them and the dress did arrive a few days before the wedding. A family friend was able to alter it in a couple days and it all worked out. Again, grateful for Fort Wayne and the way they helped. The people answering when I called the online though were not doing anything to help. Telling me to cancel my order and get a new one but it wouldn’t be there in time. Long story short, chaotic and frustrating process when going through online.

I always love shopping at David's Bridal when I have an upcoming event. Most people know them for wedding and bridesmaid dresses, I think they're incredibly underrated for other occasion dresses. I was so impressed by the selection, variety of styles, and size range available across the assortment. Everything felt current and on-trend, and I was able to find a dress that fit both my style and my budget. If I had to describe the experience in a few words, it would be: on-trend, affordable, and full of options. I'll definitely be back for my next event!

The store reported inaccurate prices to me when I initially booked my appointment. I arrived at my appointment, and the staff did not appear to know that I was coming in. I was initially overcharged for this. It was the week of my wedding, and I did not have time to find another place to get my gown steamed. Got what I needed done, but not without a hassle. I would not recommend David's Bridal to other Brides—overall, poor operations and management, and very disorganized staff (the excuse was understaffing. . . ). I will not bother to return or recommend going forward.
