Shipping was quick and I immediately open the dress to hang it

The only thing I didn’t like was the shoes

I ordered a dress off of the website and whenever the dress came in for our flower girl, it’s a beautiful dress but whenever we went to zip it, the zipper was broke already, and I got my receipt out of the package and it said all sales are final on clearance items, which is the dress was on clearance, but the zipper was broke. I literally had to take it to a seamstress last weekend to get a new zipper placed in this dress I shouldn’t have had to do that even if the dress was on clearance so I really wasn’t happy with that because it looks like someone bought it brand new and they must’ve had a problem with the dresses zipper, and they took it back and didn’t say that they brought it back because of that so I was kind of really upset with that situation cause I’m not sure how much I’m gonna have to pay for the zipper to be replaced in the dress so I’m kind of out of some money now and we were on a budget

Terrible customer service, website does not reflect true stock. Dress was fine when it FINALLY arrived over two months later. Sized up, David’s cancelled my original order and did not inform me. Would not allow me to redeem my coupon again.

Everything went well with the order David’s was great, I am a seamstress and the only problem is I followed the size chart and used my measurements and closest to my size was a size 22 both dresses were really large for me I needed a size 18 they were 4” to large and I had to alter both.

Customer service is horrendous. Stick to going to store if you are able.
