I was beyond thrilled with my experience at the David's Bridal in Buffalo, NY. I was treated like a Queen and found the dress of my dreams. My consultant, Olive, was accommodating, friendly, fun, charming, and so very smart/knowledgeable - she made this process smooth and enjoyable!

It was everything we expected.

Terrible customer service

I ordered two ties and pocket squares for my daughter’s wedding. The color was a bit off and had to reorder in a different blue. The previous order was passed the return window and I’m left with two brand new unopened ties and pocket squares. Wasn’t offered any return, refund or credit. Never heard back from manager who would call me back. I’m very disappointed in the customer service.

Dress came in time and packaging was perfect! I didn’t even need to steam my dress.

First off this will be a different type of review… I did purchase this dress and I did wear it to my daughter’s wedding. The dress was beautiful and actually looks better in person than on the website. However, the dress wasn’t the best part of my purchase. My daughter asked me to use a different dress company, which I did… for a variety of reasons I had to buy three dresses from that company, in three different sizes. I didn’t like any of them! I ended up buying two other dresses from a box store that I didn’t like either. Finally I figured out you can meet virtually with a David Bridal’s representative. I met with Melissa and she is wonderful❤️ I was frazzled when I spoke to her. Desperate to find a dress for my daughter’s big day. Melissa put my mind at ease and helped me find the perfect dress. I honestly can’t thank Melissa enough. My daughter’s wedding was yesterday and I was able to walk her down the aisle with confidence thanks to Melissa and David’s Bridal.

Online ordering was simple, and delivery was fast.

No please, never received perfume, claim has been submitted.

My experience with David bridal is very good. However you sent me two of the same dresses instead of just one and I would like to return the extra woman that I have.

Horrible customer service makes it very difficult to return. Also they charge a $10 return fee. I will never buy from this company again!

Shipping was fast. Received the correct order.

Loved my stylist. My only complaint was not having dresses I wanted to try on in my size. I am a standard size 6-8 and a lot of them they did not have my size to try on

Very disappointed, to receive this dress in this state. It seems as if the dress was in the process of being altered. it had a stickpin in the chest area and several tears in the stitching along the waist area. See pictures attached.

Latch broken on back which is why I didn’t take the one in the store. Paid full price and still got broken latch on back
