We received the dress in about 7 days. It was to small, so we went to a David’s store and they were a great help. Measured her, ordered the dress and altered it for the perfect fit.

Dress was beautiful and delivery was amazingly fast

I purchased a beautiful beaded gown for my mother to wear to my daughter’s wedding. The dress itself was absolutely gorgeous and we were very happy with the quality and appearance. However, we were disappointed with the way it was packaged and shipped. For a gown that cost nearly $500, I expected it to arrive in a proper garment bag and carefully packaged. Instead, it was folded tightly into a small box with only a plastic covering. Unfortunately, that presentation did not reflect the level of quality and service I would expect from David’s Bridal.

So I bought this dress online and asked if I can come in to try to on. Got sent to try it on in the alterations area, by myself. No help from store attendants,

Don't ever shop online go directly to the store. The express shipping doesn't work and they won't refund the shipping charge. I had to go directly to a store to buy the dress. I do give props to Altamonte Springs store for going out of their way to help me find the dress in time. Never use the online or the texting app

I will not be buying from them anytime soon. Returns are a hassle!

Went to the Alexandria, VA store. I had a very nice associate, Miranda, that was very helpful and attentive.

It is a beautiful dress aside from the stain. It was priced way down, however, this is not because it was defective or at least it did not say that. There were a few dresses left in a few different sizes. When I took it out of the box, I saw a large stain on the front. This was very disappointing. I took it to the Davids Bridal store and they are going to see if they can do something to get rid of it. They mentioned something about the overlay material. It would’ve been a good deal otherwise.
