Dress won’t fit and no exchange or return

This dress is beautiful made and looks beautiful on, I am a size 8/10/12 and the large size was perfect! My ONLY complaint about the dress is as a 5ft shortie it’s a little longer than expected but could easily be tailored if needed.

Came on time

Wrong size was received and when I returned it I never received a refund and no one answers calls texts or emails

Shipping took a long time the package came dirty and when I opened it my dress was just thrown crumpled up in a bag, and there was a small rip in the back.

Incorrect dress received. Customer service has not responded to my attempts to resolve. I would have loved to receive the dress in the advertisement,it's what I was expecting.
