Everything was so easy right from ordering to delivery. Your staff were so knowledgeable, positive & enthusiastic in regard to the product. The packaging was outstanding & your delivery person was marvellous. We were away that day & he placed the package under cover which was probably not convenient for him because of access however he did a great job. You all cared which was special.

Have been using my new sauna for 2 weeks. A perfect addition to my home. Great look & functionality. Be prepared for large, heavy delivery. Definitely need 2 people to assemble if DYI. Highly recommend!!
