Great personalised service

I couldn’t be happier with the Alpine Copenhagen sauna. The build quality is excellent — it feels super durable, looks high-end, and is incredibly comfortable to use. It heats up really well and quickly becomes the perfect place to unwind. A couple of things to note: it comes in one large box, so I’d definitely recommend having two people to unload it. The panels are fairly heavy, and while assembly is very straightforward (everything is clearly labeled and the instructions are easy to follow), it’s definitely a two-person job. The floor heater works amazingly well, though it can get quite warm on your feet. I just put a cotton towel down and it’s perfect — it actually helps keep your whole body nice and warm. One of my favorite features is the WiFi connectivity. Being able to turn it on while I’m on the way home from the gym is a game changer — it’s ready to go as soon as I walk in. The sound quality is great too, and the touchpad controls are simple and responsive. Honestly, I can’t fault it. I’ve been using it every night since I got it and absolutely love it.

The sales and dispatch team were fantastic to deal with—responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the process. We also opted for a third-party assembly via kitset. Installation was completed smoothly and without issue.

Being able to visit the showroom and talk through the options with one of the salespeople was really helpful and made the decision process a lot easier.
