As mentioned in my previous review, I found the team extremely accomodating and very easy to deal with. I originally opted to pick up the sauna and then changed my mind (due to changing logistics) the team were able to very quickly organise the delivery (in under 10 minutes) and answered all questions that I had - what a dream team!

Had questions about payment options and was cleared up straight away via phone. I picked mine up from a warehouse and the lads just forklifted it straight on with no issues. Easy, quick, happy service.
