Shipping was very quick and the company that delivered it their driver talked to us for awhile. Now he’s talking about getting one. Alpine Spas are quick to respond to any questions which is very important when buying a product you haven’t bought before.

Honestly, Alpine Spas made the whole thing easy from start to finish. The Tekapo turned up well-packaged, setup was almost suspiciously simple, and it's been smooth sailing ever since. It's now part of our daily family routine morning and evening, and we couldn't be happier with it. Five stars, no notes, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alpine Spas to anyone thinking about taking the plunge.

Collection was straight forward, no issues from time of order to collection.

The support provided by the team while I was arranging purchase and delivery was excellent. I had a few questions during assembly which they also helped and offered good advice. The sauna went together very easy and is a good quality. Everything fitted nice and snug. I had of fixtures left which was good to see, and they are all good quality stainless steel. The sauna looks great in the backyard. I have just finished the commissioning of the heater and the rocks. Ready for our first proper sauna tonight. Still needs oil on the front. So good.

We have used the sauna a few times now. Very easy to heat up, works great, and we feel great after. Very happy with our purchase. Delivered in a couple of days 😊

I got my Alpine Cabin a few weeks ago and have used it every day…. great size for one or two adults to lie down and relax or up to four adults sitting very comfortably. Gets super hot and steamy. Very high quality materials and equipment. Highly recommend. The only suggestion is that the installation instructions are a bit generic and could be tailored more for each type of sauna.
