Sales and delivery teams were great. It's hard to fault their performance in the busy sale period and lead up to xmas. There was good communication when the sales member we had been dealing with was going on leave, and the products were delivered before xmas despite the busy nature of that period

Alpine Spas were easy to order with,online and then in the fantastic showroom in Brisbane. Toby online was very thorough and professional, he did his absolute best to get our spa to us before Christmas. The team in the showroom are very helpful, very friendly and happy to anser all questions. The team used by Alpine to deliver to Fernvale were really lovely, happy men who did all the heavy lifting and explanations of how to set up the spa. They really were Santa's helpers and clearly love their job (even in extreme heat!) Alpine Spas have been very impressive, thank you!

The team at Alpine Spas Perth were very proactive in contacting us a couple of weeks before the shipment arrived to confirm delivery/ pickup etc. Rosie Pratt was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very well versed in the Alpine products.

It was great experience

Alpina Spas staff were courteous and kept us updated with our order. The installer they recommended picked up the sauna and installed it on the day scheduled. It was well packed and looks good now that it is assembled on-site. Alpine Spas have sent us follow up emails and setup Brochures as well.
