Alpina Spas staff were courteous and kept us updated with our order. The installer they recommended picked up the sauna and installed it on the day scheduled. It was well packed and looks good now that it is assembled on-site. Alpine Spas have sent us follow up emails and setup Brochures as well.

A very knowledgeable sales team and flexibility with various order changes along the way (such as adding the shower) and the liaising with Kitset the installers.
