The vanity arrived & is very nice. The backsplash was packaged at the bottom of the vanity & arrived cracked . Still awaiting a response after phone calls & email.

Not happy with resolution of damaged goods

Very happy with Chans furniture! My vanity was shipped on its own pallet and was packed very well. Received in perfect shape. I wasn't sure it would arrive on time as hadn't received a shipping update in a while but I did get a call a couple days before to arrange delivery and it did arrive on time as originally stated. Highly recommend Chans Furniture and will purchase from them again!
