Tim from Chans was so helpful. He always answered my calls and. He went above and beyond in customer service. The delivery came very quick as promised and a smaller truck was sent for the delivery when he realized a large truck would not be able to make the delivery at the condo complex . . The vanities were packed very well . They look great !!

I received my vanity and they lost the backsplash. I called and they told me that they would locate it and get back to me. Neither of those things happened. A week later, I called back and talked with Andrew. . . . . who was not uninterested in helping me. I ended up calling the shipping company and located the missing backsplash. I had intended to buy two more vanities for our home. . . . We will be shopping elsewhere. The very poor customer service made me decide not to suffer anymore.

Product is gorgeous, well built and looks stunning in our powder room. Only complaint is that shipment was 2 weeks late with not notifications or explainations. When it finally arrived, side splash was missing and had to wait another 10 days for delivery.

Service and communication was great. Delivery was a bit confusing at the beginning. Worked out fine.

Everything was perfect. . . the shipping, delivery and most of all I love how it looks in my bathroom. It is beautiful!!!

Very easy ordering and shipping / delivery

Beautiful vanity but the backsplash was broken. The freight company was supposedly going file a claim but haven’t heard from anyone. I would like to be reimbursed the $45. 00 or replaced

GARBAGE COMPANY!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THE MANAGER IS TOO GOOD TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER THAT RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PIECE APARANTLEY! EVERYTHING THEY SALE IS OFFERED AT A TON OF OTHER RETAILERS! NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THIS PLACE TO BE WORTH STICKING WITH!!
