Great experience but my back splashes are slightly different.

Love everything about it except the drawers are very cheaply made. For the expense of this item you should definitely be getting "soft close" drawers.

Communication is key! I had no issues reaching out via email or telephone with questions about the. product and shipping.

When I chose this vanity I thought the backsplash was what elevated the vanity. Unfortunately, the company is not able to safely ship the backsplash. It arrived to my home broken twice and the first time was very poorly packaged. They are defensive in how they handle returns and refunds. When calling them, the woman was unfriendly and first asked where I purchased the vanity, clearly hoping to shut me down right away. They required a photo of the broken piece and responded with unfriendly communication. I had no notice of when the second backsplash would arrive to my renovation location, but they strictly expect a phone call and photo within 48 hours. My husband said I should have just purchased locally for better service, and after this whole experience and no backsplash I totally agree.

Need a different shipping method for residential delivery.

I purchased a vanity from Chans Furniture. When I opened it, I found the ceramic top was bowed, had black spots on it and the vanity itself was cracked. I took photos and emailed, no response. I chatted, no response. I called, talked to someone who shipped me an identical vanity. After it arrived, I opened it and noticed this ceramic top was cracked in 4 places and the vanity itself also cracked. I took pictures and emailed, chatted - again nothing. I called and was told I'd get a call back - never got a call, waited a week. Called again, was told I'd get an email before end of day - no email ever came, but I waited a week. Called again, this time was told I'd get a call back in the next hour. No one called. So now after 2-3 months I have 2 damaged vanities and they have my money and refuse to work with me to find a resolution. Very Disappointed, I've been more than patient and reasonable.

An absolutely wonderful experience! Packed so well, delivered carefully and as gorgeous as any pictures or photos we viewed before purchasing. We had never purchased any piece of furniture sight unseen, and we are so satisfied. We will be purchasing from Chans again in the near future for two more spaces we are remodeling.

I received the vanity I ordered from Chans today! It was delivered by truck. The driver communicated with me in advance of his arrival which I appreciated! He arrived right on time! The vanity was packaged in a way that would not allow for any damage. It arrived in perfect condition and I love it! I would definitely recommend Chans Furniture!

Sink come with a little chip I call and they ship a new one fast without return the old one

Great quality! This is the second time we have purchased a vanity from Chans and we have been very pleased both times. Our delivery service was also exceptional and everything was in good condition when it arrived. We love the new vanity, and how it really upgrades our bathroom. Very pleased. Would highly recommend!

Shipping took about two weeks . . good experience with customer service .

Customer service is terrible and they are not interested in helping. Andrew did nothing beyond telling me to do his job and locate the missing item after part of my order was not delivered. I contacted the company and let them know about the missing back splash, I heard nothing from them and had to call back a week later, I had intended to purchase two more vanities for our home but I will shop elsewhere. The juice is not worth the squeeze.
