I haven't received them yet, how am I supposed to rate them?

took forever over a month for them to arrive.

i ordered this as a christmas present for my boyfriend he chose it and he loved it until he looked in the packet and realised it had a jewel missing i’m hoping to either return it or looking for a refund.

love the style of these joggers. However, there are no washing instruction on them

I haven’t received my item yet!

Bought item thinking it’s stainless steel faded after like 2-3 months

I sent it back as did not fit and wasn’t my style, still waiting on my money back has been over a week

Its lovely but it's far too big it's such a shame as it was a gift I have tried to get in touch but didn't receive a reply until now I would be grateful if you could advise next steps

Terrible policy in terms of exchanging for wrong size. Was extremely happy with the quality but beware to all customers as your order will be spoilt if the size isn't right first time around! Awful customer service

The clasp broke on the first day. The Worst Quality i have ever seen

This was a replacement order for a previous purchase which was returned - I ordered the wrong size originally (12th July returned) I received an acknowledgement of my return from you but still no refund!!!!

Parcel was left outside of the house. I was in hospital, reported it to the company but said they can’t do anything about it so paid for item that I never received very bad customer service
