Quality is very good. Fast shipping, but unfair to pay the bill to send back if it’s not fit

Fits well but colour a bit dull

well a bought one 4 years ago quality was insane, i just bought another one last week because i lost mine and quality has fallen since my last purchase. . . received it with one piece falling of the chain and pieces were already silver not gold anymore. a bit desapointed because the first one a purchased was still gold gold and it went through a lot ! ( water, salted water, sweat) anyway i hope they bring it back.

I don’t receive , the company got the wrong adroit

Absolutely disgrace of a company, I’ve had to pay for delivery myself for returning it when they false advertised the item in the first place. Now when I no longer have this item, I’m still being charged by Klarna for some reason. I would have been better off keeping these fakes…

Sons loves it. But after paying for next day delivery was disappointing that it took a week to arrive and many emails to you and courier. No offer to pay back postage

2 chains would be better

Lovely sparkly bracelet. But unfortunately i only got to wear it once, as at some point during the day of wearing it, it either came undone or snapped and was then lost. Which was a shame as it was a very pretty piece of jewellery.

My bracelet literally broke and I’m not happy. It fell off my wrist and there was reason for it to fall off.

This review is purely based on my experience with the customer service team. I placed an order of a few clothing items. I received one of the items only. Now I am accused on being a liar and they refuse to acknowledge that something has gone wrong with their supply chain. Needless to say, I do not recommend to anyone and I shall never purchase again.

I’m not very happy with the item as one of the earrings doesn’t close very well. Where it doesn’t close properly it keeps falling out. It’s very annoying and disappointing.

Lovely necklace however a couple improvements could be made : 1. Chain tangles too easily and it takes more time to detangle the chain compared to putting the necklace on. 2. The pendant is lose in the chain-it can and will slide out of the necklace chain and you could lose it if you don't clasp it when you take it off. Consider centering the pendant and securing it to the chain itself. Would be useful for someone like me who swims everyday and takes it off due to chlorine (even thought the jewelry is advertised to be waterproof). 3. The 'C' logo at the clasp of the necklace tangles quite easily to the rest of the chain if you're not careful. However, the necklace is lovely.

Unfortunately have not received item . It got left outside and got lost even though i explained situation and bougt protect package for 3. 99 still no replacement.

Cold but sizing is bad

I can't lie. This is my second about to be third order I am making of the SAME tracksuit, the sizing just isn't right. Bottoms i'm defo a medium. Hoody is clearly a small, because L was waaaaaaay too big, I sent back the whole tracksuit because there's not exchange system, only to get a medium hoody, that again is too big. So I am looking to order a small hoody and medium bottoms. Quality of tracksuit though is lush, feels so soft and the packaging is good. Delivery time also very very good.
