It was stated buy one get one free but only received 1. These was on 2 items. No support, very disappointed

Arrived with 2 stones missing. I have retunred it to Cernucci, which I had to pay to return. I have not heard any progress yet. I am expecting a replacement at this was a Birthday gift. Hopefully it will be quality checked before being sent - tried to add picture but it wouldn't process the review.

Tried to exchange trousers to smaller size worst customer service making me return full tracksuit plus the bag that came free

Amazing quality for the top and the bottoms however I can’t zip the jacket up but I also can’t be bothered to send it back and wait for a new one to be sent out. The only problem I’ve had with all the items I’ve bought from cernucci

I haven’t received this

Awful customer service!!!

It is soooo cute but I will say that the sizes are very limited and run a bit small

Sooooo cute and simple but I will say that the sizes are very limited and run a bit small

Absolutely shocking customer service, was meant to be but one get one free and only on pair arrived will never shop here again

My order still hasn’t arrived yet

It broke within a couple wears. I’m not impressed. The links constantly come apart. It was for my son’s bday and he cannot wear it.

I’m trying to return this item but can not find order number and being told can not unless got this which is not very helpful

I ordered this item on the buy one get one free offer, i only received one.

Jacket is a bit short but otherwise lovely

I was upset as I didn’t know I had to put 2 in basket to get free one x

Cool top, but runs on the smaller side, ordered LARGE, but feels like SMALL (XS).

I am not very happy still waiting for a return of my My money

Pensei que o pêndulo podia girar independentemente do fio do colar, mas não. De resto, gostei muito.

the ring that came with it was very disappointing. haven't had it for even 2 weeks and already 4 gems are missing. for someone who shops at cernucci regularly I'm quite disappointed

3 weeks later item hasn’t arrived. Disappointing!!
