I recently purchased the Multi Gemstone Motif Bracelet, but unfortunately the bracelet has gone missing due to the loose clasp/locker not holding properly. It came undone while I was wearing it, and I wasn’t able to find it afterwards. I wanted to let you know about this issue as it seems to be a fault with the clasp.

I got my franco chain in size 18 but it fits me like size 16. It way to small to wear it comfortably, i think I need to get a size 20 or you sent a size 16 chain. Franco 3mm #1253361

The bracelet looked beautiful. However, the clasp was very poor and defective, that’s why I lost it the very first time I wore it. Not worth the price.

the tracksuit came and fitted perfectly, extremely happy with the product itself but i bought next day delivery and received the package over a week and a half later

The links got tangled and snapped when I tried to untangle and wasn’t even using that much pressure as I didn’t want to break it

Shirt is faded as it came not satisfied at all

I have probably over 10 pieces of jewellery from Cernucci. Mostly chains and pendants. The chains/pearls and pendants are always perfect and still shine the same now as they did when I bought them. I have only taken a star away due to a few rings I bought, one of them started to discolour and gems began falling your it really quickly. The others, same issue, the rings themselves have lost their colour and are now dull and missing stones therefore I cannot wear any of my rings to match my chains and necklaces. Callum W.

Small large, top is a great cut but bottoms are on the small side due to waste band and pocket details. Lovely colour and different from usual styles available with other brands

The chain and pendant was perfect but delivery time was way longer than promised and wasn’t able to give the gift in time for the persons birthday it was meant for.

100/10 good shipping time really good price real white gold and super shiny however the first chain I bought came broken and took a month to refund but good chain.

Quality is very good. Fast shipping, but unfair to pay the bill to send back if it’s not fit
