Lovely necklace however a couple improvements could be made : 1. Chain tangles too easily and it takes more time to detangle the chain compared to putting the necklace on. 2. The pendant is lose in the chain-it can and will slide out of the necklace chain and you could lose it if you don't clasp it when you take it off. Consider centering the pendant and securing it to the chain itself. Would be useful for someone like me who swims everyday and takes it off due to chlorine (even thought the jewelry is advertised to be waterproof). 3. The 'C' logo at the clasp of the necklace tangles quite easily to the rest of the chain if you're not careful. However, the necklace is lovely.

Unfortunately have not received item . It got left outside and got lost even though i explained situation and bougt protect package for 3. 99 still no replacement.

I can't lie. This is my second about to be third order I am making of the SAME tracksuit, the sizing just isn't right. Bottoms i'm defo a medium. Hoody is clearly a small, because L was waaaaaaay too big, I sent back the whole tracksuit because there's not exchange system, only to get a medium hoody, that again is too big. So I am looking to order a small hoody and medium bottoms. Quality of tracksuit though is lush, feels so soft and the packaging is good. Delivery time also very very good.

In terms of delivery i was very disappointed no communication based on my item unless i reached the delivery company

Ordered it never received the item. I contacted twice and got no reply payed extra for next day delivery aswell.

Return process was awful drop locker did not accept the code 😢 am still try to arrange the return.

Cost me 7 pounds to return when I accidentally got the wrong size and even overlooking that the size I actually need hasn’t been in stock for weeks now.

Terrible cheap peice of jewellery,way to expensive for the plastic like quality and they didn’t compensate at all would not recommend

Absolutely appalling. Got one of the necklaces as a birthday present for someone & when they had opened it the necklace was broken into two pieces. I tried contacting to tell them about this but I never got a response!

It was gorgeous but had to return as I had selected the wrong size and was too big.

Have purchased this earlier, but this time it was small in size even though i purchased the same size, very nice chain.

So annoyed my daughter loved this ring but it was slightly big and fell of her finger and she lost it 😭

Absolutely love the brand and the bottoms. They came quick and I was updated frequently. Only problem is wearing them once or twice the stitching is already fallling apart around the belt hoops after frequent wearing I would be ok but as I’ve worn them out twice it feels a bit soon.
