Absolutely appalling. Got one of the necklaces as a birthday present for someone & when they had opened it the necklace was broken into two pieces. I tried contacting to tell them about this but I never got a response!

It was gorgeous but had to return as I had selected the wrong size and was too big.

Have purchased this earlier, but this time it was small in size even though i purchased the same size, very nice chain.

So annoyed my daughter loved this ring but it was slightly big and fell of her finger and she lost it 😭

Absolutely love the brand and the bottoms. They came quick and I was updated frequently. Only problem is wearing them once or twice the stitching is already fallling apart around the belt hoops after frequent wearing I would be ok but as I’ve worn them out twice it feels a bit soon.

Un des boucles d’oreilles ne fait pas le clic à la fermeture. Une fois il est tombé heureusement je me suis aperçu. J’ai arrangé comme je pouvais. Ça à l’air d’aller jusqu’à maintenant.

I have washed my tracksuit once and it has lost colour significantly. I followed the washing instructions which was to wash on a 30 degree cycle yet it has lost a lot of colour. Not happy.

I bought the bracelet for my son's birthday, it didn't fit and as I bought it 14 days before his actual birthday they refuse an exchange which has left us all very sad

It was too oversized and not true to size. Stating that it’s “boxy” however that’s not the case at all and this statement is very misleading. The material was bad and felt very cheap. Not worth the price at all.
