Very good. Product worked and I'm back on the road. The only thing I would change is a bit more proactive communication. I had to call a couple times to see about the progress. A diode burned out as well which delayed my repair and a call about that proactively would have been nice. Had to rent a car for a few more days.

CBoardRepair did an exceptional job repairing my 2014 Ford F150 radio. I was skeptical about mailing out the radio to a company I'm not familiar with. So I called and was able to speak to a representative who walked me through the steps of having the radio repaired. And as promised the radio was repaired and sent back in the mail the same day they received it in the mail. Best of all they provide a life time warranty on the repairs!

Was a little apprehensive at first. I sent my audio unit to Cboard and had it back in 7 days of which 6 were with UPS. Everything is back in working order. I would recommend and use Cboard again.

The audio control module that was repaired is working great. It’s solved all my issues I was having. That turnaround was less than one week just as I was told when I called the shop. I would definitely use CBOARD repair again. Thanks
