I sent the FEM for my car for rebuild and it is worse now than it was before. I have had to find another company to make it right.

What a wonderful service. I removed the unit shipped it away. They fixed it and shipped it right back. I reinstalled and everything worked as it should. I hope this doesn’t happen again but if it does, I’ll be coming back as a customer.

It works again! The turn around was fast. Some of the connections on the back of the unit were difficult to disconnect. It took me about an hour and a half to get it out. It only took 45 minutes to put back together.

I was pleased with the outcome but somewhat unhappy with how long it took (six business days in your hands, start to finish). Also, when I inquired about how the work was going, I received no response. I tried email, your online form, voicemail (mailbox full), and text message.
