I love the customer service it is the best. Unfortunately I am physically unable to use the "new" cleaning solution since it requires moving a bucket of hot water around. Very sad this was not a consideration when they discontinued their other cleaning product

CatGenie just simply totally rocks!! Why would anyone continue to scoop dirty, smelly, clumped litter when this awesome alternative is available?!! Also, customer service is excellent. Always polite, professional, and know how a CatGenie works. Never in a hurry - love to talk about their own cat, lol!!
