Customer service experience was great. Replacement part worked well. I wish I would have been able to purchase online without having to call customer service.

I started using catgenie back in 2018/2019 and upgraded to catgenie AI and now again to catgenie whoosh. I have been very happy with my catgenie whoosh. I like the short cycle and the low tracking of the litters. Thank you to the catgenie team for keeping the innovation going.

Love this box! It doesn't just scoop, it flushes as well. Truly hands free. We had 3 of the cat genie AI. These were great, but one of our cats is very picky and didn't love the granules. When we saw the Whoosh we tried it out and he loves it since the litter is more natural feeling and doesn't stay wet when they pee like the granules did. We are now replacing the rest of our units with Whoosh as we welcome a fourth cat to the household. For our units, we used a dishwasher tee on the bathroom and laundry room sinks - it made the install slightly more complicated but was an easy, permanent drain solution. Just need to make sure it's on an active sink, as the Whoosh litter does seem to leave some residue after its cleaning cycle, but regular use of the sink easily washes it away.

If I could give them more than a 100% of more than 5 stars, I would. When my unit fell due to an electrical short, which was not their fault at all and I was just outside my warranty, they honored my warranty anyways. I never realized just how much I missed my Cat Genie, until I didn't have it. It's the best investment I ever made

I bought a new unit as the older one kept giving a missing cartridge error. I called customer service a few times to troubleshoot and was told I needed a new unit. I bought one and am getting the same error. It goes away for a bit if I remove and reinstall the cartridge but it is super annoying. Otherwise my cats like it and I like not having to scoop.
