We got a cat genie a few years ago and loved it so much we just got another one.

I’ve had the CatGenie for just over a year. There was a learning curve for the cats. They weren’t sure what it was for. At first they were afraid of the mechanicals. I would encourage them to use it. They figured out the litter box wouldn’t attack them while they were using the box. The cats also enjoy that they always have a clean box to use. I enjoy not having to carry heavy boxes of litter. Not having to do a thorough cleaning of the litter boxes once a week.

I am thankful to be able to buy parts for my genie! This company is truly customer service oriented and believes in their product.

Shipping is always fast. The Machine Washing Soak seems to do a good job, but having my CatGenie down for 2 hours while it soaks really sucks. I have to time my cleanings after a full cycle is run so that I can catch my cat sleeping for ~2 hours so she doesn't go to the bathroom on the floor. The maintenance cartridges were WAY more convenient and did an alright job already... Not sure why y'all got rid of them.
