If I could give them more than a 100% of more than 5 stars, I would. When my unit fell due to an electrical short, which was not their fault at all and I was just outside my warranty, they honored my warranty anyways. I never realized just how much I missed my Cat Genie, until I didn't have it. It's the best investment I ever made

I bought a new unit as the older one kept giving a missing cartridge error. I called customer service a few times to troubleshoot and was told I needed a new unit. I bought one and am getting the same error. It goes away for a bit if I remove and reinstall the cartridge but it is super annoying. Otherwise my cats like it and I like not having to scoop.

We got a cat genie a few years ago and loved it so much we just got another one.

I’ve had the CatGenie for just over a year. There was a learning curve for the cats. They weren’t sure what it was for. At first they were afraid of the mechanicals. I would encourage them to use it. They figured out the litter box wouldn’t attack them while they were using the box. The cats also enjoy that they always have a clean box to use. I enjoy not having to carry heavy boxes of litter. Not having to do a thorough cleaning of the litter boxes once a week.

I am thankful to be able to buy parts for my genie! This company is truly customer service oriented and believes in their product.
