I have four Car covers from carcovers. com. They are all really great. the fourth one showed up and it didn’t quite fit right. I called customer service and that person took care of everything in a very happy professional manner and did a perfect job. I received my new cover within three days of me shipping the other one back. The covers get a five star and the customer service gets a five star.

Like most customer sat aurveys, it’s too soon to evaluate the product. Time will tell.

The basic car cover material is outstanding, no complaints. The issue I have is the seam thread fails thus making the cover unusable. No way to fix it and if you are past the warrantee period you end up throwing away a perfectly good cover because the seam (s) failed. This seems to be a problem across the industry as I have had four different manufacturers covers and everyone failed long one or more seam lines!

Poor fitting cover I’ll have to look elsewhere

Very bad purchase, doesn’t work, keeps falling off. Doesn’t fit, Quality awful. Save your money

In my case it was laborious as I've already explained. But it ended well, now we just want the cover to last a long time.
