Cap too big, much bigger than my first one.

I received the S1 cap in exchange for my 5 year old Ultra + cap. The credit exchange saved me $1,400 which I think was a good deal. I did the exchange with the assistance of Morgan who was friendly and supportive! The S1 connected with the Capillus app no problem. My 3 month hair supplement is easily adjustable for shipments if needed on line. Overall my contact with Capillus was outstanding!

The product is definitely showing results in such a short time. However I’m not sure they should launch a product when the item is not even in stock or is being produced, taking weeks to receive. Other than the shipping issues, it is definitely worth the money for the results, although it could always benefit from lower prices to be more competitive.

Cap works and I'm curious about the results in a couple of month. Improvement suggestions: - The beeping after the 6 min is extremely loud and can be heard despite closed doors - The cap is a bit small for my head (59cm) and thus limits the things I can do while wearing it What's cool: - Battery comes with a clip, which is super useful

I received my Capillus Pro S a few weeks ago. It is very easy to use, the battery charges quickly. I am now waiting for the first results which should arrive within 4 months according to what I understood from the instructions. I can't wait!!

Had another brand of these and it was terrible and very hard to keep on a schedule. The 6 minutes a couple times a week make this device easy to use and crazy practical. Feels different than the other one I had too. Very happy I decided to pull the trigger on this.
