The customer service representative was kind and as helpful as she COULD be. Unfortunately, I’ll never buy another product from you again. There are others out there. In fact I just returned my mobile pro. I’ll have nothing to do with this company again. I bought a battery pack because my hat stopped working and it hadn’t been dropped or damaged so I did the normal thing. I replaced the battery. Turned out the mechanics had worn out. I wanted to return the unused battery and you all couldn’t even be bothered to respond to my emails to say yes or no. So I e decided I can not be bothered to support your company any more. I had purchased a mobile pro for my brother also as a gift for his birthday. That one went back also. TY Amazon. And good bye Capillus. You aren’t the only game in town anymore and you don’t have anything revolutionary going on. You treatment of your customer and not accepting a $95 return just cost you $2,700 on sales. I have purchased the iRestore Elite and I’m planning on getting one for my brother if I like it. Again your customer service representative left me feeling very confident in your customer care. Your follow through is abysmal. N a world where there are always competitors you have to set yourself at a higher bar, especially if you want us wealthy folks to come back. We don’t waste money or support those that don’t offer considerations. Maybe you’ll learn from this maybe you won’t care. All I know is you are no longer a company I will recommend and I don’t have a bald spot anymore because of your product. Those who have known me know I had a bald spot and I get compliments on my hair, especially for my age. From now on I’ll let them know it was iRestore Elite. Bye 😘
