Only one month in and no change yet. Cap works well ,however battery only last four or five uses.

Delivery was very quick to the UK but was very worried that the value of the product was written on the outside of the parcel so I was lucky it was not stolen otherwise a very good service. But I think it has to be shown because of customs x

Product works great, very pleased with it. Been using Capillus for about 4 years, definitely seen results.

Not so happy with the fit of the cappullus cap. Does not cover temples nor on forehead. Too small

Top quality construction. Too early to see any changes.

After 3 years of use my product died. Capillus stood behind their product and fixed it. I have to be honest, I thought for sure, in a day when people don't care if their product lasts, that they wouldn't honor the warranty. They were SUPER fast and timely with communication and delivery. Their cap helped me when nothing else did. Menopause/hormone replacement caused my hair to fall OUT. I was devastated. If not for my Capillus Rx cap I would've been distraught. I won't be without one. They showed me what their company is made of and I won't go elsewhere.

Great customer service and repair

Easy to order but 4 stars because I never got an answer to my question if the battery would fit my old cap but I bought it anyway and would have returned it if it didn't.
