Great customer service. I'm loving using all capillus products and I can not wait to be able to get the complete body treatment.

The item broke after a few months and after multiple emails, customer service never replied.

Enjoying all three products and am using them daily. The only thing I would change in the future would be to pay more attention to the the fit on the cap. This one doesn’t fit my head well and has to be tied on. It works well apart from that.

Pleased with packaging, sturdy cap and charging station.

After nearly a month, I notice that my skin tone is more even and smooth.

Cap is huge. Much larger than my last one and I have a large head.

A bit disappointing when they came out with a new model right after I bought their top of the line cap. Then, when I inquired about their trade in program (after using my cap 4 times), I was offered about half of what I paid. That's like dropping the value of a car after a few test drives. Really?! Other than that, things are fine, I suppose. There's no telling the effectiveness of the cap for months, so I can't really give a review there. It works well and is comfortable enough

I have the Capillus Pro, and its working

The shopping and delivery was in order as it should be. I have reservations about the product Capillus PRO. I have slightly bigger head with circuference 59. 5 cm and the helm looks pretty small on it. The bottom border of the helm is 4 cm! above the tip of my ears, so whole lot of hair skin is not taken care of. This was an unpleasant finding for me. It should fit a grown man head. Second problem is that the cap and the helm are not connected by something, so many times the cap slides of the helm. I would expect that these details would be solved in a premium product like this.

Product worked perfect out of the box. Easy to figure out. No guessing.

Took a bit longer to ship, wasn’t clear why there was a hold up. When it did ship it arrived in 2 days. Packaging was simple but thorough and the ability to use it right out of the box was straightforward
