I have never receive this item , it may have been stolen or not delivered to the correct address.

I’ve had the product for about one month, works well no problems fast and easy treatment. Studies show promising results after one year can’t wait for the next 11 months to pass

Prices too high

Capillus Pro 2: Oversized, Inconvenient, and Not Worth the Price. The Capillus Pro 2 is significantly oversized, even for someone with an average-sized head. A representative explained that the large fit is due to the 308 laser diodes, but with that in mind, Capillus should provide a more effective built-in solution for proper fit adjustment. During use, the cap continuously slid off, causing the sensors to shut the unit off. I often had to physically hold the cap in place for the full six-minute treatment, which is far from ideal—especially for a device that costs $2,400. When I contacted customer support to request a return, I was offered inserts to improve the fit. They initially sent two, which did not help. They later sent an additional two inserts that wrapped around the interior of the cap, and while they improved the fit temporarily, they only lasted about two weeks before detaching. Once they fell off, the cap no longer fit correctly, the sensors malfunctioned, and the unit stopped turning on. When I asked the representative what would happen once these inserts wear out, I was told they would “figure out a price point” to charge me for replacements. This is completely unacceptable, especially given the cost of the device. At this price point, Capillus should offer a far more reliable and durable solution. Proper inserts or an adjustable fitting system should be included with the initial purchase—not as an afterthought. Overall, the product design, functionality, and customer support did not meet expectations for the cost.

Only one month in and no change yet. Cap works well ,however battery only last four or five uses.

The cap is small and the battery really does last short

Delivery was very quick to the UK but was very worried that the value of the product was written on the outside of the parcel so I was lucky it was not stolen otherwise a very good service. But I think it has to be shown because of customs x
