I have the Capillus Pro, and its working

Product worked perfect out of the box. Easy to figure out. No guessing.

Took a bit longer to ship, wasn’t clear why there was a hold up. When it did ship it arrived in 2 days. Packaging was simple but thorough and the ability to use it right out of the box was straightforward

Delivery was good

Only one month in and no change yet. Cap works well ,however battery only last four or five uses.

I ordered a combo package. My hair cap is as expected but the battery is way less powerful than I thought it would be and there is no way to adjust the cap size so it just rests loosly on my head instead of having a way to secure it. Weird. Not a big ask for a high end product. The reason for the 1 star review is the face mask. It doesn't operate as declared in the instructions. In my first customer service exchange they said they would send me a replacement and a way to return my current mask. Then in a subsequent exchange they said I need to pay for shipping and wait for this malfunctioning mask to be 'repaired'. Not cool

Delivery was very quick to the UK but was very worried that the value of the product was written on the outside of the parcel so I was lucky it was not stolen otherwise a very good service. But I think it has to be shown because of customs x
