Excellent product, great customer service. The lamp arrived with a problem (wiring was wrong), but after contacting the Canvas team they took care of it quickly, having my lamp shipped away and fixed at no cost. Thank you, Canvas!

Took awhile to get but packaged very nice. Too bad it’s not heavy enough and phone is very hard to get out of the holder. I need to put weight on the base because it tips especially when I have it low to set to get a photo from the side the phone makes it tip as well.

Never received it

Customer service was excellent. There was something I didn’t understand and they made a personalized video for me. How great is that.

Fast shipping and great customer support

I just received a replacement lamp for the lamp (black with walnut base) I had bought recently that turned out to have a few issues (lamp got really hot, had some sort of electrical short that would cause it to cycle through the different light temperatures without me even touching it, sometimes the buttons on the cord would work and sometimes they wouldn't). After being touch with Chloe, I mailed the lamp back with the understanding that as soon as the company saw that it had been shipped, the replacement lamp would be shipped immediately. After 5 days of no sign of the lamp and no tracking number being emailed to me I checked in and the company had not sent the replacement by some mistake and they'd get it right to me. Two days later I got my replacement box and was surprised that I had been sent a white lamp rather than the original black. I'm not picky so I plugged it in anyways to make sure it was functioning properly. As soon as I switched it on, it immediately emitted a very high pitched whine that is hard to ignore. It seems to cycle through the light temps smoothly and seems to hold whichever mode is selected but my ears were ringing when I turned it off. I am super disappointed in the quality of the lamp itself for the price point. I don't have disposable income and I often have to save up for tools that will help me level up in my work as an illustrator; I had high hopes for this lamp but this purchase has left me feeling cheated.

This company clearly deletes any relatively negative feedback as this is my second review today, third in total, because the others were already deleted. I’ve had issues with a high pitch buzzing coming from my lamp, which I’ve already exchanged for another with the exact same issue. Someone from the company responded to my original review telling me to reach out to them to fix it, which I did and have never heard anything since . It’s been a month so I came here to check on the status and see my review has been deleted. I’ve been trying to just “live with it”, a $200 defect, but I can’t handle the migraine it gives me, so I just haven’t been using it at all anymore. Real great birthday purchase, Happy birthday to me.

Shipping was good and though there was a little delay it wasn't too bad. Packed well.
