I love my lamp! When I had a minor issue with it, the Canvas Team went above and beyond to meet my needs.

I love my Canva lamp and use it daily for creating and filming. When an issue arose this team went above and beyond to set things right! Great product backed by a great team!

Bought this to up my nail art reel and YT video game, and it'll get the job done. The light is clean and adjustable, it holds my phone well enough, and it is versatile in positioning. Definitely an upgrade for me from just using my crafting Ott Lite and a very old phone holder (not made for the style of cameras we have now. The downsides I've found thus far though, are it's very wobbly in the base. If I tap the surface that the marble base is on, the whole of the arm wiggles causing wiggling in my video (that needs to be accounted for and cut out). In addition it seems the phone holder isn't terribly adaptable for Samsung Galaxy phones, even with the button protector. You have barely any positioning room to make it work seamlessly. Outside of those two critiques though, it's a great product.

One star for an idea. It’s great but the quality is very low. I was quite in shock. How you can charge so many for AliExpress quality? The customer service took a long time to answer my questions. It take a very long time to send and deliver the product. You need to pay extra for a delivery and taxes. This is more like overpriced product then a quality product

Adding to my previous review. The $30 magnifying glass ring light task lamp I have is WAYYY sturdier than this. The light portion is literally cheap and flimsy. Literally BROKE when I grabbed it to adjust it.

I saw this product on TikTok and purchased it because I have difficult recording my WIPs, etc. But in my opinion it’s not worth almost $200. I have a magnifying glass ring light (less than $30) that looks identical to this lamp and the only different is the base has weight and the spinning right piece and phone clamp. Everything else is literally the exact same, size and all. Pros: 1: Weighted base (unlike some task lamps, but I still had the same issue as I have with non-weighted bases). 2. Convenient. So you have to set up a tripod and a ring light separately. 3. Easy to travel with if needed. Cons: 1. The base is heavy weighted, but when you extend the lamp more than have way or fully, it will literally fall over like any other lamp without a weighted base. Disappointing. 2. The phone attached doesn’t support the weight of an iPhone 13 Pro. I put my phone the clamp and tightened the screw and the ring part and my phone kept spinning/tipping over. 3. The rectangle window piece thats open for the camera isn’t big enough (doesn’t go high enough) for an iPhone 13 Pro. Like the clamps are tight enough to activate the SOS feature you you have to put the phone clamp under the buttons and when you do this, the ring is a cm shy of actually showing up in the camera. 4. The lamp piece itself, feels cheap. Like for $200 I’d expect not only the base to be MUCH heavier but the lamp portion it self to have some type of weight. Not heavy, but something. I will still use the product because it is helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone that need to save up to purchase this, or this would be considered a hefty expense. But if price doesn’t matter, that sure. Definitely buy it, but I personally do not see this lamp being worth more than $90-$110 for the average person.

I bought one of the lamps after a friend had raved about hers. I live in the UK so waited for it to arrive. On first glance it looks amazing. However, once I had put it together (which was very straightforward) I found that the clamp to attach to a table was not very good at all and it kept coming away from the table when I moved it. I then tried attaching it to the heavy base unit, and it just keeps moving around. Once inserting the rod into the hole when I try to screw if tight to keep it still it just doesn’t hold it in tight. And the screw is very small to try and tighten. I was so looking forward to this, but am very disappointed. If it wasn’t for the fact that I’m in the UK and it would cost a fortune to send it back, I would have returned it. I wouldn’t recommend it sadly

I bought light with the wood base. Sadly, the product tips over when extended. I contacted customer service and they said the product will tip at a certain point and that I can use the clamp or buy the marble base (weighs more) or weighted plates to help with the tipping. I wish this was fully disclosed on the website because I would not have purchased this expensive light (approximately $200) if I would have know. I thought the base I bought was enough but it looks like you have to buy more accessories. Just a full disclosure to people wanting to buy this product with their hard earned money. Get the marble base or weighted plates.

The product gets worn out after 2 years. Buttons get worn. It has not left my desk and am now experiencing difficulty turning it on and it is flickering. I have an Ikea lamp right next to my desk that I have had for 9 years and have no worn out problems. The functions work great so this is unfortunate.

I bought this lamp Jan 2022 and it has not left my desk since opening it. I love the functions but the power/brightness buttons have completely worn out and I am now experiencing fluttering from the light when turning on lamp. Today I had a hard time getting the button to turn on. I love this product but it is unfortunate that the life span is so short for the price I bought at $173 . I have my Ikea lamp on my next desk over and I have had it for 9 years and not a single worn out problem. Dang
