The materials used made the
The materials used made the lamp feel well made and the clamp to attach your smart phone is nice. However the lamp was small. I’ve owned a few task lamps and this one was smaller but more expensive. There are so many lamps at a lower cost that offer much more. Good materials but small and lacking on innovation for the price.

Worst quality product.
When I purchased my canvas light, I purchased the light and the base. The initial base I got, the piece that holds the lamp to the base was broken. This was right out of the package and not even used. Ok fine, I get things happen during production. I contact customer support and they sent me a new one which required me to go to the postal office with my own time and gas to get there. I finally get the replacement. Seemed fine at first but then eventually the same thing happened! I do not use much so it’s not from too much wear. So I’m here having paid extra for a useless base and to be honest, it’s not as easy to use and move around as they make it seem on advertisements. Overall I’m not happy with the product especially with how much it cost.

Great customer service. Loved the lamp while it worked. Unfortunately the lamp stopped working after a few years of use. It does say that this lamp lasts about 5000 hours in the description. Upon my research a typical quality LED ring lamp (of equal or lesser value) should last about 50,000+ hours (approx. 14years, if used for 10h a day). Would buy something else next time.

Love my light mount!
Love this product! Used it straight out of the box and so happy I now have two of these in my studio. Also just ordered a remote. I’m set! Thank you for these great products.

Was hoping for the best, but….
The lamp does not fit into the desk clamp, it’s too big. Was very happy I also got the weighted base…until I saw the inner box was damaged. This did not look like a carrier issue because the outer box was not damaged. Anyway, the weight had detached from the wooden base (the screw holding it together was broken off in the wood), so it couldn’t support the weight of the lamp and the lamp would not screw into the base securely. Really disappointed for the price as this looks to have a lot of potential. I’ve contacted support and am hoping I can provide a positive update on how well their customer service helped me with these issues.
