Love the mats. They look and work great. The help trap salt in the grooves. Because of this, they are a bit challenging to vacuum, as the salt gets stuck in the grooves. Shipping did take longer than expected. Otherwise, totally happy with the purchase.

The mat was just as I ordered and shipping delivered to address given in a timely fashion over Christmas/New year holidays.

I ordered this item with plenty of time for it to arrive for christmas, but they didn't ship it for over a week, so it came late, and only after I emailed them to see what the issue was. There was a while there where I wasn't sure it would come at all, so I had to consider how to go about requesting a refund, so, not smooth unfortunately. I run an online site too, so I know what's reasonable to expect, and it definitely wasn't ideal. The bokken seems pretty good though.

Gonna take a while to get the wrinkles out, otherwise quality looks good

The mat showed up way faster than i expected due to its size. The mat does what it is supposed to very well and so far my studded winter tires have not punctured the mat. Cons: the velcro provided to keep the mat in place will not stick to my garage floor even after cleaning it. The mat has folds left from shipping i cannot flatten out. I would have been better off buying this in the summer so i could flatten it on a hot sunny day. Its not a defect just an unavoidable reality with shipping.
