Ordered in November … got plug but no mat. Re ordered late Nov/Dec. mat arrived in February. Electrical plug doesn’t reach to area where mat is needed, so just ordered another to bridge the gap. Looks good and what we hoped (would be better if plug had a timer on it, as in our area not used and or cold all the time). Hope the second one doesn’t take months to arrive.
