Everything went well!

Pretty impressive product for our 9x9 dance floor. Finishes off our home dance studio for our girls. Shipping was fantastic, shipped in a skid super protected arrived with no damages. Shipped from Utah USA to Ontario Canada with zero issues. Install was super easy, put the floor on top of 3/4 EVA tiles to protect my hardwood floors and to soften the floor to protect the kids joints from dance moves. Can’t wait to have family dance nights!

So I am getting these emails to review the mat which I understand they are eager to get a review. But it's summer so I haven't used the mattress yet so I can't give a complete review. I will say that the box arrived with the matt as promised and I am shocked how small and portable the box is given the size of the matt I ordered. But I haven't opened the box yet cause I doubt I will ever be able to get it back into the box and for now it's a very convenient size to store while I wait for winter.

The whole process was great. I did not try to return anything so cannot comment on that.

First and foremost, I am very happy with mat I purchased. That is most important to me. However, I had sent an email inquiry, asking if I could pick up the mat instead of having it delivered, but the reply ignored that altogether and just said that the mat I wanted was out of stock. So, a few days later, I called the 1-800 number to find out the same information. The woman who took my call said that some mats aren’t available in the local outlets and have to be shipped. She asked for my particulars and said she’d get back to me regarding the mat I wanted. She never did get back to me. Therefore, feeling like I had no choice in the matter and still wanting the mat, I just ordered it online and paid for delivery. So, mat great, customer service not helpful to me at all.

Better communication with the company you choose for deliveries is recommended. We received the email with the information and instructions, including how your company would not cover damaged freight if it was not noted at the time of delivery. However, the delivery company who delivered the mat did not even speak to someone, they left the mats leaning up against our building and left. No one announced it, no one spoke to anyone, no one requested a signature. I had a staff member video us opening the mat in the event there was damage because there was no way I would accept a subpar or damaged product when it was the delivery company who did follow instructions. Thankfully, although the packaging did have some damage the mats themselves were in great condition. We are very happy with the product itself. Thank you.
