Canada Mats missed the shipping window. They promptly replied when I enquired as to the status. Problem seemed to be with supplier of material to make the mat. Once that problem was resolved the product was delivered promptly with follow up emails. Quite happy. Have not used the mat as yet but overall looks well made and should meet the intended use.

Shipping was fast, it came in good shape. Happy with the product. I only wish we could buy tiles in less than packages of 6.

Shipping agent was very helpful, esp. considering there was a delay that wasn't the fault of Canada Mats.

It took longer than expected for delivery. A materials issue I understand. I thought the communication could have been better. I reached out to them to get updates not the other way around. No big deal for me in the long run.

I think tyhey forgot to send them untilI contacted them

Not worth the money

Fast delivery, good quality product.

Have not received them yet

We were very happy with our personalized family mats but highly disappointed in the custom photo mat.

Exactly what we were looking for

Great matt, better than expected, highly recommend this anyone.

Everything went well!

Pretty impressive product for our 9x9 dance floor. Finishes off our home dance studio for our girls. Shipping was fantastic, shipped in a skid super protected arrived with no damages. Shipped from Utah USA to Ontario Canada with zero issues. Install was super easy, put the floor on top of 3/4 EVA tiles to protect my hardwood floors and to soften the floor to protect the kids joints from dance moves. Can’t wait to have family dance nights!

They delivered exactly as promised

The customer service team at Canada Mats was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose my mat.
