Quick, quality service, that got us our new regulator in a few days. We look forward to using the Camp Chef website again in the future.

The actual product is fine. However, Took too long to ship. Once received, hardware screws to install were not included. This was not noted in the description and not given as an option to order seperatly.

This is my second Camp Chef grill. I purchased a PG24XT in May of this year. I love it, and the Woodwind is a sweet upgrade! I love the simplicity of Camp Chef and the enhanced capabilities of the Woodwind make it even sweeter. The WiFi connectivity and controls are a dream, combined with ease of clean up make this grill my choice!

Haven not received this or any of my items ordered back on December 9, odd that this email arrives, no answer (yet) to the December 21 email I sent requesting an update as to where my items are. . Sorry if harsh, so far disappointed . . .

Thank you. I'm so happy you had the propane hose extension! I now have plenty of hose in order to hide my propane tank in my decorative metal propane storage box.

Damaged during shipping and customer service took too long. Once they replied they did act quickly.
