When I ordered via your website, after placing the order I was not sent an email confirmation, nor did the website confirm my order was placed a what the order number was. I called customer service where my wait time was extensive and verified that my order was placed and they emailed my order details.

The Artisan Pizza Oven arrived sooner than expected and was well packed. Taking it out of the packaging was the hardest part of setting it up!

Hard to get ahold of support. Takes days to get a reply. So no not a good experience if I didn't love my Camp Chef grill I would never use this company.

So far, I'm well satisfied with the service I've received.

I’ve been wanting a Camp Chef Mountaineer for a couple years and was bummed they went out of stock pretty much everywhere. So when they recently became available again, I pounced. I can’t wait to use it at one of the big group campouts I organize every summer. It is replacing my old 2-burner Camp Chef stove that I used for years but which just got too heavy for me when trying to load and unload it from my truck. The Mountaineer, being all aluminum, is super light and will save my back!

Had to Wait a Hot Minute for it to come back in stock, but I finally got it and don't have to buy a new Sear Box. Well worth the wait

the lid is troublsome when you close it, the lathes dont stay locked. It is very heavy. It needs a bag with wheels to move it around. Camp Chef does not provide a bag or cover for it that fits.
