Received damaged. Opened a support ticket. Several days and still no response. Not super impressed.

I bought the woodwind pro 36 and a sidekick sear. I wish there was a flat top as there was a grease tray for it.

I received this with a big rip in the box and a huge dent in the drum of the grill. I’ve been waiting for customer service to reply for a while and nothing. It’s still in the box because these grills are too expensive to come this damaged.

Nothing wrong with the blanket. They work great. 5 star rating for my other camp chef blanket. However for some strange reason they’re still selling the xxl smoker blanket but they only sell a xxl pro smoker. At this time camp chef doesn’t offer a xxl pro smoker blanket. You would think camo chef would have made a point to release them at the same time.
