Has not worked properly since day 1. Thermometer continues to go out. Camp chef did send me a new but I have not installed it. The WiFi has not worked since day 1. I even spent extra money for a WiFi extender. To no avail. I am WiFi savvy and this is not my first camp chef pellet grill so they cannot say I do not know how to set it up. I expected a lot more for a pellet grill this expensive. The smoke box is a great addition and the few times (four) I did smoke something - it put out some good smoke. I have been so disappointed with this smoker that I didn’t even install the new thermometer and haven’t used the smoker for months. It’s been so long that I don’t even know where the thermometer camp chef sent is now. Oh well - needless to say this will be last time camp chef gets my 1500 dollars. So disappointing. Would have given just one star but I did like the smoke box and the look.

Dealing with Camp Chef was no problem at all. The order went smoothly, the new Gridiron 36 was shipped promptly, the packaging / protection was substantial and effective, and it all arrived in good condition, nothing missing, no disappointments. Laid out all of the parts ahead of time (and there are quite a few) and went step by step. Took me a while but it went smoothly. I have not had any reason to contact customer support, all is well. Thanks to all who have a hand in making a great product and getting it to customers who appreciate it!

Put it on my homemade BBQ pit. Worked out quite well so no worries.

Had to modify it a little bit to make it fit, but got it to work.

Expensive. Poor communication in shipping status and tracking number. Doesn't show up in purchase history. Almost thought it was a scam (direct from site) because it took. so long for everything. But* exactly what was ordered arrived.

The pressure valve works well, and arrived timely. Thank you.

They don't have the best service and don't make all parts to their grills replaceable. Their grills will look good for about a year and need a lot of replacement parts in 3 to 5 years. Even is stored under cover for its life. But, they cook very well!

The grate does not fit my 5~6 year old bbq box~ too small. You must have changed the size of your newer boxes. I unfortunately bought 2 grates since the enamel rusts off quickly here in southern Oregon . Your service is good, though.
