great service for use on a great campchef product

The service was quick and the motor works as advertised. My downgrade is based on what it took to select the motor; I had to call to find out if I had the correct one. The web site should be one or the other: A full look-up catalogue with cross-references or call to order your part.

Arrived all good and on time. No issues.

at this time, I can't give a review on my Camp Chef Pro 24 as I have only used it 3 times since I received it, So far I like it but still getting use to it. The digital readout is very nice. The 1-star is for the shipping department As for finally getting my Pro 24 was a bit difficult. I ordered it on Dec 17, 2024, I called Camp Chef on Dec 30th to check on my order, I was told there was a fraud old on it??? After speaking with the customer support they fixed that and sent me Box 2, after waiting several days to receive Box 1. I called and they looked at my order and said it was shipping the day I called, ok. I received box 1 a couple days later. I assembled it and all was good except my cover never came. I called again and low and behold it was shipping the day I called, funny. I asked the customer support rep why I received 3 boxes all on different days and was told because they come from 3 different warehouses, odd I thought. The Camp Chef Pro 24 looks to be a good smoker/bbqer and I look forward cooking more on it (specially a brisket) but the shipping and lack of communication on shipping updates need some attention. I never received the item to rate it. I tried talking to someone in chat on website but no one responded. Then I tried emailing support but haven’t heard back yet.
