Well made thick enough to be strong. Stainless. Should slow them enough to Draw down on them! I did Loctite it & adhesive the side opposite Bolt. Its "Removible" if I ever need to.

Not cheap, but turns out to be worth the price. I don't think you could make a more rigid phone mount if you bolted it to the frame of the truck. Fit is perfect. Definitely quite expensive for a phone mount but it is a massive hunk of machined aluminum. You get what you pay for.
