Caffe Tech was fast and efficient with the shipping of the grinder. They answered any questions I had when I called to originally change the shipment method from home to pick up in store. Poor service, communication after sale has been rude and not accommodating.

Picked up at the counter. Front parking is a bit of a headache as the road is quite narrow. All else, very good.

Good product, poor shipping. CANPAR had my shipment marked OUT FOR DELIVERY 3 days in a row before it finally arrived. Caused a lot of headache for me because I had to ship my schedule to make myself available each day.
