Quick service, great products, would definitely shop again.

The shipping company was difficult to deal with. Their hours are 9am to 1am. If you work it is difficult to receive the package.

The machine looks better than the photos and videos online. I bought the black with rosewood model, very nice indeed. The machine was on sale which made it very affordable. After getting it set up and I was very impressed and it was wife approved. More classy than flashy. I emailed and asked sales rep Ginzio some questions who was very helpful in confirming the stock functionality of the flow control, this flow control model having a little less than a 360 degree rotation. The machine arrived in pristine condition. I am very happy with my purchase. I am looking forward to many years of use with my Bezzera Aria. Thanks Caffe Tech.

I do miss being able to browse the machines over on 112 street. You have grown up well. Congratulations!

Fast shipping. Great service!

I have tried to contact the company for an issue but it has been a week with no response.

Excellent, product was exactly as advertised.

Your service is slipping. It feels like you’re just a web supplier. Those are a dime a dozen. There is no more personal touch to your business model. That means I really don’t need you anymore and can now search for the cheapest vendor on the internet.

Great

Caffe Tech was fast and efficient with the shipping of the grinder. They answered any questions I had when I called to originally change the shipment method from home to pick up in store. At the end, it ended up not being able to be changed, but they were nice to keep us in the loop when we called about it. Thanks!

shipped on time. Thanks

Very poor shipping standards.

Good service

CaffeTech were awesome and I would not hesitate to deal with them again. They were attentive and kind and generous and shipping was crazy fast. CaffeTech are supercats.

Easy to do business with!

Excellent black friday pricing, very happy with my purchase. Little disappointed in the four month wait for shipping, but it's not Caffe Tech's fault that Profitec took so long to deliver them.

Thanks again for the excellent service and the nice parts.

Excellent experience

Poor service, communication after sale has been rude and not accommodating.

Picked up at the counter. Front parking is a bit of a headache as the road is quite narrow. All else, very good.
