Excellent black friday pricing, very happy with my purchase. Little disappointed in the four month wait for shipping, but it's not Caffe Tech's fault that Profitec took so long to deliver them.

Poor service, communication after sale has been rude and not accommodating.

Picked up at the counter. Front parking is a bit of a headache as the road is quite narrow. All else, very good.

Good product, poor shipping. CANPAR had my shipment marked OUT FOR DELIVERY 3 days in a row before it finally arrived. Caused a lot of headache for me because I had to ship my schedule to make myself available each day.
