Shipping was expensive but part arrived as promised.

I'm quite displeased with my recent experience. I bought gaskets for Bezzera, and the cost was approximately $10. However, the shipping expenses to ON amounted to a staggering $40. To add to my dissatisfaction, it took a frustrating 10 days for my product to finally arrive.

Quick service, great products, would definitely shop again.

The shipping company was difficult to deal with. Their hours are 9am to 1am. If you work it is difficult to receive the package.

The machine looks better than the photos and videos online. I bought the black with rosewood model, very nice indeed. The machine was on sale which made it very affordable. After getting it set up and I was very impressed and it was wife approved. More classy than flashy. I emailed and asked sales rep Ginzio some questions who was very helpful in confirming the stock functionality of the flow control, this flow control model having a little less than a 360 degree rotation. The machine arrived in pristine condition. I am very happy with my purchase. I am looking forward to many years of use with my Bezzera Aria. Thanks Caffe Tech.
