Great experience!

Excellent service!! Also had help diagnosing and repairing my Rocket machine with the technicians! Thanks again!

Shipping was expensive but part arrived as promised.

I'm quite displeased with my recent experience. I bought gaskets for Bezzera, and the cost was approximately $10. However, the shipping expenses to ON amounted to a staggering $40. To add to my dissatisfaction, it took a frustrating 10 days for my product to finally arrive.
